Each of our residents has unique and different needs. We are committed to provide a personalized level of care with love and compassion.
Beds will have clean and comfortable bedding. Linens will be changed as often as necessary, but at least every week.
Hygiene items and toiletries are provided.
Our facility will ensure the medical and dental needs are met.
Daily cleaning of residents rooms and laundry service as needed. No dry cleaning or ironing
24-hour care and supervision
Each resident will have three nutritionally well balanced meals and snacks available each day. Special diets provided as needed.
Each assisted living resident will receive routine observation, care, supervision, and personal assistance as needed with their needs and ADLs (Activities of Daily Living): bathing, dressing , toileting and ambulation. These needs are indicated by the result of the pre admission appraisals, resident interviews and physician report.
All Incontinent supplies except diapers and pull-ups are provided ( bed pads, wipes, and antimicrobial incontinent rinse wash.)
Assistance with taking prescribed and over-the-counter medications in accordance with physician’s instructions. Central storing and distribution of medications. Ordering prescriptions and refills.
All residents will be observed regularly by staff to look for any changes to mental or physical condition. Monitoring and appropriate reporting to families, physician, appropriate persons/agencies of resident needs and condition.
Assistance will be given to all residents in arranging all transportation needs. We do not provide transportation.
Planned activities program which includes social and recreational activities to the interest and capabilities of each resident, and utilization of appropriate community services.
